This policy explains how Beyers Acquisitions & Holdings LLC, doing business as Indy Crossroad Homes (“we,” “us”), collects and uses information through IndyCrossroadHomes.com and when you call, text or email us.
What we collect
When you fill out a form or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the property address, details about the property and your situation, and your messages. If you join our buyers list, we also collect the areas, price range and type of properties you buy. We also use public property records, such as county ownership and tax data, to research properties. Our website host may automatically collect basic technical data like your browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, research your property, prepare and explain offers, send investors deals that match what they buy, keep records of our conversations, and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, we will text you about your property or your buyers list request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to get an offer. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to work with you: with a title company or closing attorney handling your transaction, with an investor who may take an assignment of our purchase contract on your property (only after you are under contract with us), with service providers who run our phone, CRM, email and website systems, and when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site is hosted on Framer, which uses its built-in analytics to count visits and pages viewed. Framer says this analytics does not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
